Malena, our waitress at breakfast, couldn't have been nicer, friendlier or more charming. She epitomized "service with a smile" and you could feel it was authentic. /. all the staff was excellent in taking care of anything I asked for. Housekeeping was excellent. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. Restaurant service was good
